The lazy river was perfect for relaxing, but the food prices felt too high for what we received.

The thermal baths here were absolutely lush! We spent ages floating about in the heated lazy river. Proper relaxation that was. Just a shame that the food prices were a bit high for our liking. But overall, can't wait to come back again!

enjoyable stay but some aspects need improvement
The thermal SPA area was a standout feature, offering a vibrant atmosphere that felt very family-friendly. I particularly enjoyed relaxing outdoors in the thermal pool while taking in the breathtaking views of the mountains. The deluxe room provided a comfortable space with ample amenities, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The dining prices felt a bit high for the quality and portion sizes offered.

the room was ancient, with furniture from the 50ies, definitely not modern like i expected. the pools were a zoo, not relaxing at all. how can i enjoy my stay when the sauna is mixed? i almost thought about giving a good review, but sadly, the staff just couldn’t be bothered to upgrade my stay.

From skeptic to superfan
The stunning views from our room and the unique watch-entry system for pool access made this stay remarkable! The thermal baths were an incredible experience, especially the heated lazy river.
Though the hotel boasts many amenities, the high food prices felt excessive for what was offered. Some amenities had extra fees that were unexpected, detracting from the experience.

The stunning mountain views from the room were a real highlight, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The unique thermal baths experience, especially the outdoor thermal pool, made it a great spot for unwinding after a long journey in the galaxy.
I found the experience marred by a few issues. The overcrowding during peak times really killed the vibe in the thermal bath areas, forcing me to dodge guests instead of blissfully floating along. Plus, the room I was given felt outdated and was not up to par with modern standards, which was a disappointment compared to expectations. To top it off, paying extra for accessing certain facilities was a bit frustrating. I expected more to be included for the price I paid.

Stunning Views and Relaxing Pools
What a fantastic getaway! The room was cozy and offered breathtaking mountain views that made our mornings delightful. The thermal pools were a highlight. floating in the lazy river was such a unique experience. We loved the excellent breakfasts and the delicious food at dinner too! I wish the prices for drinks in the minibar were a little more reasonable.

Had an amazing time with friends! The thermal pools were a blast, especially the outdoor ones. We spent our mornings chilling out on the balcony with great views and felt relaxed in the hammams. Also loved the dinner at 'La Brasserie', big portions! Would recommend for a fun weekend getaway!
We missed out on some amenities because of it.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The outdoor thermal pools were a highlight, and we had a blast on the pentaglide. Breakfast was delightful with a ton of options. We even found a paddling pool for the kids, which made it fun for everyone. Would definitely recommend for a getaway!
One downside was that it got a bit crowded during the daytime, which made it slightly less relaxing at times in the thermal areas.
